i've started to work on my first serious Unity project check it out! i will be posting updates as frequently as i can, the road ahead is long, but i'm really invested in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxbwuCXKjTY
Okay, I played it for a bit, and I noticed a big flaw with the screen itself. The game canvas is aligned for 4:3 only, meaning that if the screen goes bigger and into 16:9, most of the menu elements go outside the screen. I tried playing on 1920x1080, but when entering the singleplayer, there were no buttons to advance, so I had to ALT+F4 and set it to 640x480. (I realized this somewhat late in the development of my own games as well, except I was a bit luckier since I already had a 16:9 screen)
If you have some time, I can show you on Discord how to align everything on the canvas so it fits every aspect ratio and resolution!
Other than that, this game is pretty solid! Punching is a bit weird, with little feedback, but maybe cuz I was playing at such low resolution? Variety is very nice, there are different characters, locations, and game settings.
In the story mode's first fight, there were two of every player? That was maybe a bug? (Image included)
thanks for your feedback, i don't have discord anymore lol so i'll try to figure this out on my own, the first fight is indeed a bug and i'm retarded for letting it slip, but i'm very happy you seem to have enjoyed the game
for those who don't wanna bother with 10 minutes of ramblings in a terrible italian accent, here's the tl;dr:
-the game is pretty much complete -multiplayer feature has been removed, but 2 additional single player modes will be available post launch -a 9 pages comic book series about the game will be released 1 page a day on my instagram page https://www.instagram.com/nuskadamoartattack/ -20 euros will be given to whoever films himself beating the past 2 boss battles and watching the finishing sequence (except for those who played the beta)
